What makes me different is the depth and breadth of real-world experience I bring to every interaction. I have spent 34 years working at the frontline of human behaviour — interviewing offenders, supporting victims, leading complex investigations, and navigating systems under pressure. Alongside this professional background, I bring lived experience of overcoming coercive control, as well as advanced training in clinical hypnotherapy, neuroscience psychology, and nervous system regulation. I understand both the practical realities of high-stakes environments and the emotional complexities of personal recovery. This combination allows me to offer support that is grounded, strategic, and deeply human. I do not rely solely on theory — I draw from decades of experience, resilience, and continued professional development to provide insight that is authentic, informed, and impactful.
